IS T2 COACHING RIGHT FOR YOU?

1.What coaching philosophies do you follow?  

We believe great athletes great athletes find balance between volume, intensity.. training and recovery thought the use of objective data, dialing in your proper zones and balancing recovery with training. I follow and integrate the work of Phil Maffetone, Stephen Seiler and Inigo San Millan into my coaching practice.

2.How can I race fast if I train slow?  

You have to slow down to become faster!  We will guide you through training at the correct heart rate and intensities.  Adapting to the lower rate is the key to endurance training. 

3. What can I expect to learn? 

Our goal is to not only give workouts, but to teach our athletes the foundations of training and racing to become the best athletes this race or this season, but to continue on for years to come.

4. What do I need to get started? 

Passion and a goal!  And.. for coaching, we ask all athletes utilize heart rate and power on the bike.

5. Will my coach come out and train with me?

Individual training sessions are not included in the coaching, but we encourage you to talk through all questions you have each week!  If you would like more time with your coach, you can add on additional time for a discounted rate.

6.  What do athletes like about T2?  

Our athletes love the access to their coach, and the workouts that are truly written for them. The biggest response we hear from our athletes is how much better they feel day to day, and how they feel stronger at the end of their races and how they feel they are well prepared and trained for each event they do.
