2019 Training Plans
Looking to have a structure, meaning and a plan for your 2019 season? T2 will be offering a variety of training plans for the upcoming season. If you are experienced triathlete, new to the sport or somewhere in between, we offer many different plans to fit you as an athlete.
How it all works
In addition to individual coaching, T2 Coaching will be providing athletes with learning, guidance and training direction via training plans. They will be individual to you as an athlete and where you are in the sport, and specific to what races you are targeting for the 2019 season. We will also have general plans to fit your needs.
